What are the responsibilities and job description for the Activities Coordinator position at POP Cats?

As an Activities Coordinator, your role will involve overseeing interactive "Wand Making", and 'Bead Bracelet" stations. You'll maintain the station's cleanliness, provide materials to interested participants, and ensure exceptional customer service throughout.
Basic knowledge of bead bracelet making is key, as you'll assist children in getting started with their bracelets.

- You possess a wonderful ability to connect with both children and adults, creating a welcoming environment for all.
- Your communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal, are excellent, enhancing the overall experience for attendees.
Communicate proactively and regularly with Event producers on work completion, issues, and offer solutions to overcome.

- Follow safety rules and practices.
- No use of alcohol, marijuana, and/or controlled substances before or while on duty; strictly prohibited.
Shift Schedule:
- Friday, April 11 10:00 am - 7:00 pm (setup)
- Saturday, April 12 10am-5pm (event)
- Sunday, April 13 10am-4pm (event) 4pm-7pm (tear down)
Compensation: Payment will be processed on Tuesday, April 15, two days after the event concludes. Additionally, we'll provide you with a sandwich lunch, bottled waters, and snacks on all working days.
Interview Process: Once selecting resumes, we'll arrange interviews. These interviews will be conducted virtually via either Zoom or FaceTime.
