ABOUT POP CATS
POP Cats, a two-day festival celebrating adorable felines, art, and pop culture, making it's debut in Madison on February 15 & 16 at the Monona Terrace Conference Center.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Representation:
- Be the face of Michi Yums at POP Cats embodying the brand's values and vision.
- Engage attendees with genuine enthusiasm about Michi Yums.
- Sample lollipops to visiting cats and use a POS system to sell products.
Cat Enthusiast:
- Share your love and knowledge of cats, drawing on your own experiences as a cat owner or someone with years of feline companionship.
Product Demonstration:
- Master the features and benefits of either brand to effectively demonstrate them to the public.
- Offer Michi Yums lollipops to cat visitors and take engaging photos. Share these pictures with the event producer at the end of each day.
Job Pride:
- Take pride in your role as a Brand Ambassador, ensuring a positive representation of Michi Yums throughout the event.
- Contribute to the overall success of the brand by fostering a memorable and enjoyable experience for attendees.
- Enjoy interacting with people and creating meaningful connections.

Core Guidelines:
- Be a team player.
- Laugh with everyone, but laugh at no one.
- Follow safety rules and practices.
- No use of alcohol, marijuana, and/or controlled substances before or while on duty; strictly prohibited.
Shift Schedule:
- Friday, February 14 10am to 7pm (event setup)
- Saturday, February 15 10am to 5pm (event)
- Sunday, February 16 11am-4pm (event) 4pm-7pm (tear down, optional)
Compensation: Payment will be processed on Tuesday, February 18th two days after the event concludes. Additionally, we bring in a sandwich lunch, bottled waters, and snacks on all working days.
Interview Process: Once selecting resumes, we'll arrange interviews. These interviews will be conducted virtually via either Zoom or FaceTime.
