What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Experience Team Member position at POP Cats?

Roles You May Fulfill:
- Concierge – Assist attendees with information, directions, and general inquiries.
- Hands-On Workshop Assistant – Guide attendees through a fun, interactive button-making experience. Responsibilities include handling credit transactions, keeping the station tidy, providing materials, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Wristband Check – Verify attendees’ wristbands at the event entrance. Since the entrance is a popular photo op, proactively offer to take attendees’ photos using their phones to enhance their experience.

Shift Schedule:
Friday, February 14 – 10 AM to 7 PM (Event Setup)
Saturday, February 15 – 10 AM to 5 PM (Event)
Sunday, February 16 – 11 AM to 4 PM (Event) | 4 PM to 7 PM (Tear Down)
Compensation & Perks:
Payment will be processed on Tuesday, February 18, two days after the event.
Enjoy a sandwich lunch, bottled water, and snacks on all working days.
Interview Process:
