Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Complete paid training on product and service information
• Greet customers upon arrival
• Stay up-to-date on all products, services, and consumer trends
• Answer customers' questions about products and services
• Suggest and sell products and services to customers
• Open customer accounts by recording account information
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have reliable transportation and reside in Jacksonville, FL
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to self-manage when working independently
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Competitive, outgoing personality
