AT&T Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Connect customers with the best wireless, entertainment, and service packages by showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities through lead generation and customer engagement.
- Manage your sales territory effectively, overcoming objections and closing deals to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with management to develop customized service packages and assist with customer renewals.
- Stay informed on industry trends and continuously enhance your sales skills through training and client conferences.
- Upsell additional services and convert warm leads into satisfied customers.
