With our globalization strategy, we expanding to overseas markets. To date, POP MART has settled in 23 overseas countries and regions, including South Korea, Japan and Singapore.
Now, after achieving a huge success since the grand opening of our first store in Los Angeles among the West Coast, POP MART is stepping into the East Coast of the United States in 2023!!! We're in search of an District Manager for the East Coast area to contribute our continuous expansion across the United States. This person will be responsible for directing day-to-day store operations, as well as assisting our US Regional Manager in management of retail stores on the East Coast. The position reports to & receive functional guidance from US Regional Manager.
Responsibilities
- Own all store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), visit operations and appearance checklist among the East Coast area
- Monitor and manage team attendance and ensure accountability through coaching and counseling
- Execute high-level in-the-moment coaching and development of your Store Managers into all-star leaders
- Manage payroll budget and determine hiring needs
- Lead and conduct interviews for prospective new retail team members
- Own merchandising plan for all stores
- Participate in ongoing leadership training that will fine-tune your management, accountability, operations, and communications skills
Qualifications
- Demonstrate a level of leadership that comes from a minimum 10 years of retail/boutiques sales experiences
- Strong verbal and written communication skills that will inspire and motivate team members at all levels
- Ability to prioritize, and use time management skills to keep ahead of daily, weekly and monthly tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic company
- This position requires management experience in flagship retail stores.

Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
