What you will achieve
- Track and file lease agreements, amendments, and renewals.
- Track and manage lease dates, terms, and critical milestones, ensuring compliance.
- Maintain and update lease files with accurate and organized documentation.
- Serve as the primary contact for billing related inquiries and requests.
- Coordinate timely submission of documentation, payments, and lease-related matters.
- Handle communication regarding lease renewals, rent adjustments, and administrative issues.
- Prepare lease summaries, rent roll reports, and related documents.
- Maintain leasing databases with current lease terms, rent schedules, and tenant info.
- Assist in creating and tracking budgets for leasing activities.
- Support calendar management, meeting prep, and follow-up for the leasing team.
- Gather data for market analysis, competitive leasing activity, and site evaluations.
- Provide administrative assistance and support the Leasing on special projects.
