POP MART is seeking a creative and passionate social media operations with a deep understanding of the platforms (i.e. instagram, TikTok, Discord etc.) who can create engaging, original content while ensuring our brand stays ahead of trends and stays with our target audience.
Location: Los Angeles, Glendale (on-site)
Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the regional social account, including scheduling posts and engaging with the audience based on the global alignment.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, such as engagement rates, video views, follower growth, and audience demographics.
- Respond to comments, messages, and interact with followers to build a community.
- Adjust content strategy based on performance data and platform insights.
- Content Creation:
- Develop, film, edit, and post innovative and entertaining videos that align with our brand's voice and goals.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends, challenges, and viral content to incorporate into creative strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new content ideas and campaigns.
- Utilize product launches, events, and other brand initiatives as content opportunities.
- Growth & Projects:
- Identify opportunities for growth on the platform by leveraging viral trends, collaborations, and influencer partnerships.
- Optimize videos for maximum reach through the use of hashtags, captions, and timing.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure TikTok content aligns with broader marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Strong creativity, sense of humor, and ability to think outside the box
- Proven experience of operating social accounts (instagram and TikTok)
- Deep understanding of algorithm, tools, and audience behavior
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile editing apps)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Study, living or working experience in Mexico would be a plus
