Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the corporate office and the assigned area restaurants by making regular visits and interacting with management.
- Oversee operational practices to ensure that each restaurant runs efficiently and meets projected revenues.
- Coordinate with, report, and make recommendations to senior management in order to improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Ensure that each restaurant delivers value and excellence to the customers.
- Develop a strong team of committed restaurant managers that will maintain profit margins and implement the business plan.
- Ensure each restaurant is in compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Apply innovative approaches and techniques to keep updated with competition.
