Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate who loves balloons and parties. Must have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to engage with customers, understand their party needs and help plan that perfect party. This role involves working in a fast-paced retail environment where you will be responsible for promoting products, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Balloons are a big party of our business. We Will train you how to make some fun items with Balloons. Positions available at Lockport and Maple road location.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience.
- Operate the cash register efficiently, handling transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by stocking shelves and arranging merchandise effectively.
- Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring clear communication at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Ship online orders.
- Run a busy balloon counter.
Skills
