What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cashier position at Pop's Italian Beef & Sausage?
We are looking for someone who is available to work day shift Monday-Saturday. 30 Hours a week.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to communicate effectively with other employees
- Must be able to follow instructions and work with little supervision
- Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual
- Must have the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment
- Prefer candidates with experience in customer service, working in a fast paced environment & cleaning techniques.
- Open availability is preferred.
Job Duties:
Interact with customers daily with a positive attitude. Taking orders quick and efficiently. Overall, being a team player
- Properly use all equipment provided.
- Properly use all supplies needed for food preparation and cleanup.
- Follow Proper portion control procedures include: proper cleaning procedures for all areas where food is prepared; and proper sanitation procedures when food is prepared. Maintain cleanliness of work area at all times. Keep work area neat, clean, sanitized, and free of debris. Ensure that all equipment is properly cleaned after each shift. Perform other duties as required by the shift schedule.
