Food Operations Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fast Food Manager to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves managing staff, ensuring food quality, maintaining inventory, and upholding health and safety standards.

Duties

• Supervise and train kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
• Oversee food preparation processes to maintain quality and consistency in all menu items.
• Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and minimizing waste.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate shift management to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
• Implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and profitability within the restaurant.
• Monitor financial performance, including sales targets and budget management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service management or restaurant management.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen management practices, including food preparation techniques and inventory control.
• Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
