Job Summary

Duties
- Supervise and train kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.

- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate shift management to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
- Implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and profitability within the restaurant.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales targets and budget management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service management or restaurant management.
