As the Business Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to drive strategic growth, identify high-impact business opportunities, and position AMS as the premier partner for precision solutions in aerospace, defense, and industrial applications

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 5 years' experience in Sales or Business Development with a solid foundation in the role required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce or similar relational database required
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems required
  • Strong oral communication skills with the ability to present and develop rapport with audience while explaining complex concepts and processes required
  • Strong technical writing skills with the ability to write clearly and succinctly in a manner that appeals to wide audiences required
  • Strong interpersonal skills with resiliency to find the answers required
  • Experience in motor design and the manufacturing industry, with a strong focus on the space sector, highly preferred
  • Progressive business development experience in manufacturing, gearbox sales, component sales, or similar industry a plus
  • Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering a plus
  • Proven experience with ERP systems (particularly Siteline) a plus


WORKING HOURS AND COMPANY BENEFITS:

  • Working Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm weekdays (M-F) with flexible remote or hybrid options based on location
