L&D Strategy Consultant, L&D Customer Success Manager

OVERVIEW OF ROLE:
- In this role, you will consult with clients to recommend L&D and learning technology solutions that meet unique business needs and help grow authentic learning cultures inside of enterprise organizations. Confident, creative, and strategic, you will build trust-based partnerships with clients by bringing your L&D expertise to the table to form solutions and solve challenging problems. On a daily basis, you will share fresh perspectives in learning and development based on the latest research and out-of-box thinking. Your expertise and innovative mindset will make you an invaluable partner your clients trust to build fit-for-purpose experiences learners love
- Qualified candidates for this role will have at least 7 years of enterprise learning and development experience and a proven long-term consulting track record
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree and/or advanced degree in an Instructional Design, Talent Management, Education, or Business field or related field; master's degree preferred
- At least 7 years of enterprise learning and development experience and a proven long-term consulting track record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
