Wholesale / Retail Sales Manager
We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Wholesale / Retail Sales Manager to expand our presence in both the wholesale and retail markets. As a key member of our sales team, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with major retail buyers and rep groups. We need a true “hunter” who is proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of driving growth by forging relationships and closing deals with large retailers, such as Target, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and other national accounts.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new retail accounts and expand existing ones.
- Build and nurture relationships with retail buyers, rep groups, and other key stakeholders.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities and negotiating contracts with large retailers.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth product launches and inventory management.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to adjust strategies and approach.
- Manage ongoing relationships with major accounts to ensure satisfaction and continued partnership.
- Track sales performance, analyze results, and report on key metrics to ensure targets are met.
