What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney position at Pope & Associates, PC?
We are widely recognized as one of the top immigration litigation firms in Arizona. We represent immigrants in removal proceedings, detained cases, appeals, and federal litigation. We also handle family-based visa applications, VAWA, juvenile visas, and U visas. We are looking for an Associate Attorney to take over a docket of cases that includes all of the above and more.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish. Preference will be given to attorneys licensed in Arizona with experience in Immigration Law. You must be comfortable going to court, and brief writing is a significant part of the job.
If selected, you will be closely mentored by the Owner in a family-friendly environment. You will have an experienced support staff of legal assistants and management. You will gain experience in every immigration court in Arizona, at the Board of Immigration Appeals, the District Court of Arizona, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Salary : $65,000 - $100,000
