What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Associate position at Pope Financial Services?
Pope Financial Services provides comprehensive financial planning to its individual and business owner clients. The firm specializes in retirement planning for those at, in or near retirement and in providing retirement plans to small businesses. There is currently an opening on the team for a high level Client Service Associate.
The Client Service Associate provides exceptional service to clients and supports the Advisor on a daily basis. A successful candidate is an accountable, self-reliant and proactive problem-solving team member who is comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities will include:
· Provide prompt and courteous service to clients
· Execute money movement transactions at the request of clients or advisor
· Manage new client onboarding
· Prepare new business paperwork
· Submit new business and track through to completion
· Proactively work with the broker/dealer back office to ensure accurate account setup and resolve issues as necessary
· Manage client relationship system (Salesforce)
· Make outbound calls to clients and prospects to set appointments
· Meeting preparation (pull reports and update summary information)
· Manage marketing activities of the firm
· Assist advisor in ensuring client reviews are completed
· Complete self-paced training provided by broker/dealer and software providers.
· Participate in ongoing training with similar positions across the US and bring back best practices
· Administrative and other duties as assigned
Candidate must have the following qualifications:
· Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
· Support positions; Financial Services industry preferred
· Associates degree; Bachelors preferred or relevant work experience
· Excellent time management skills
· Detail oriented self-starter
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
· Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
· Manage day-to-day activities, as well as special projects
