Job Description Job Description We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative (Sales Admin) to join our team to communicate with customers, understand their needs, ensure a smooth sales process, and develop new leads.Responsibilities : Support sales and management to make certain customers are taken care of by the company.Answer questions and keep the sales team and customers informed about orders or information required by customers.Prepare sales orders by reviewing orders placed by the customers and ensuring all orders have the necessary reviews and approvals.Process sales orders by verifying the information provided and entering the sales order into the company ERP system.Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries and requests. Follow up and make certain tasks are completed.Responsible for supporting the sales team by being a part of and understanding the process from the initial order entry all the way through the invoice process.Help support sales and management by sending out samples and other related information to potential customers.Communicate with purchasing to pass on accurate information about sales orders to the sales team.Help communicate information with customers as needed so they are aware of the status of their orders.Help support sales by communicating with freight carriers and other companies to get products delivered in a timely fashion.Requirements : Strong phone presence and experience, able to easily be able to talk and communicate using a phone.Ability to build relationships and work in a collaborative manner, as well as be able to complete individual tasks.Self-starter, high-energy individualPrevious experience in the packaging industry or in an industrial supply organization is a plus.Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.ERP and CRM experience preferred. Currently using Microsoft D365.Experience working with and understanding inventory processes is required.Ability to take direction, work with others, and be self-motivated.Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Excellent customer service skills are necessary.
