Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be proficient in various maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance procedures on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks as needed
- Assist with tire changing and mounting
- Assist with trailer repairs including but not limited to brakes, tires, lights, tarp repair and replacement
- Minor diesel mechanical repair of semis & trailers
-Assist in shop maintenance by keeping work area clean and placing items in appropriate locations.
Skills:
The successful candidate should have the following skills:
- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and repairs
- Ability to climb on ladders and work at heights
- Knowledge of basic mechanic tools
- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and repairs
