## Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. ## Duties - Assist in managing staff and providing guidance and training - Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism - Support sales initiatives and contribute to achieving targets - Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process - Manage inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities - Oversee cash register operations and ensure accuracy - Assist in payroll processing and employee scheduling - Conduct employee orientations and training sessions ## Requirements - Experience in retail sales and sales management - Proficient in cash register operations and handling transactions - Strong negotiation skills and ability to resolve conflicts effectively - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
