What will you do?
As the Restaurant General Manager / Operating Partner you will run the full day to day operations of your store location. Our Restaurant General Managers work side by side with their teams in the stores, focusing on food safety, efficiency and driving business results. This role will be the key driver in setting a store culture that is positive, motivating, and focused on providing the ideal experience for every customer. As the leader your guidance will be crucial to the recruitment, development, safety, and success of your team. We believe that our people are our most valuable asset, and it will be up to you to coach your team to help mold future leaders for your location and our company.
