As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating service schedules, and maintaining excellent customer relationships while driving sales and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks.
- Ensure that all service work is performed efficiently and meets company standards for quality.
- Manage the scheduling and adjusting as needed for call outs.
- Oversee cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels for food and supplies necessary for service operations.
- Implement training programs for staff on new LTO'S
Skills
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of P&L'S systems, including repair, COG, ORDERS, AND SCHEDULES
- Excellent cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions.
- Effective sales skills with the ability to promote services to customers while building lasting relationships.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to motivate team members effectively.
