Job Summary
Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including selection, development, and performance management of employees.
Ensure consistent high-quality food preparation and service while maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
Maintain accurate inventory and control the cost of goods to optimize profits.
Respond to guest complaints and take appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
Develop Crewmembers to become Shift Leaders and develop Shift Leaders to become Assistant Managers.
Uphold all ServSafe guidelines and ensure compliance with all state, local, and federal regulations.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
ServSafe certification required.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
Experience with inventory management and cost control.
Knowledge of restaurant sanitation and safety regulations.
Flexibility to work any shift, including evenings and weekends.
