General Manager

Job Description:

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business operations at the Frankfort location. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory levels, and meeting financial goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all staff members
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Develop and implement strategies to meet financial goals
• Monitor and analyze sales and expenses to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other managers to develop and implement company-wide initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to analyze financial data and develop strategies to improve performance
• Knowledge of inventory management and ordering processes
• Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
