What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Support position at Popeyes Louina Chicken?
This position will require IT specialist to maintain n in depth knowledge of our XeniL POS Systema, KDS monitors, Fireqall and all back office data systems, along with proficiencey in all MS Windows/DOS related applications. They will be responsible for optimal and accurate functioning of all daily/weekly reports, providing support to ream members in case of system malfunction, data retrieval in case of system outage, monitoring "online" status of all POS systems in back office and monitoring overall network communications between all systems including HME units.
Along with the IT Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting and all local are netwroking related tasks.
Support Specialist is a in person role and requires the specialists to be present on site 6 days a week minimum
