Job Summary:
The Manager, Sourcing will drive and execute sourcing strategies to expand franchisee (FZ) partnerships and strengthen development efforts. This role involves leading the strategic development and launch of programs designed to engage potential franchisees, supporting onboarding and transition processes, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with company standards and objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the sourcing strategy to attract new franchise partners, including developing a targeted marketing approach, leveraging CRM platforms, and organizing discovery days to engage prospective franchisees
- Development and Launch of Chicken Champions program to promote brand advocacy and excellence among franchisee candidates, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure program success.
- Update and enhance the onboarding guidebook for new franchisees, including the New Restaurant Opening (NRO) guidebook, ensuring it reflects current best practices and operational standards
- Onboarding of New FZs and transition of restaurants to buyer FZs in F2Fs to ensure alignment with company values and expectations.
- Coordination with Company Ops and Training team on Chicken Champs candidates.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 4 years of experience in sourcing, business development, or franchise management within the QSR industry.
- Strong project management skills with an ability to manage multiple programs and timelines.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with a collaborative approach to working across departments.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms and other marketing tools is a plus
