What you will do as Popeyes Restaurant Shift Manager
- Training and maintaining the schedule for all restaurant staff, including servers and hosts
- Scheduling employees to ensure shifts have proper coverage
- Streamlining the restaurant processes to improve the guest experience
- Enforcing food handling regulations and other guidelines to increase guest safety
- Promoting the restaurant and finding ways to bring in more customers
- Handling customer complaints
- Completing necessary paperwork, such as staff attendance reports
What you need to be successful as a Popeyes Restaurant Shift Manager
- Have a fun, positive, and energetic personality.
- Strong knowledge of front and back of house operations including food, beverages, staff supervision, inventory, and food safety
- Previous experience in restaurant industry with relevant profile
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to lead big groups of people
- Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills and display proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality.
