The Senior Manager, Catering, will own and lead the expansion of the recently launched Popeyes Catering channel, with the goal of delivering incremental sales and a best-in-class guest experience. This role is responsible for developing the Catering growth strategy, managing relationships with external partners, and executing local marketing initiatives with restaurant operators. This is a highly collaborative role that engages frequently with Operations, Field, Media, Digital and Restaurant Technology teams, as well as with external partners and franchisees. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and strategic problem solver, who can manage complex projects with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
- Be the primary owner of Popeyes’ new Catering channel, leading its growth by developing and executing a 4P strategy aimed at driving sales and best in class guest experience
- Partner with the Media and Digital teams to define best media targeting tactics to drive awareness of the channel
- Partner with franchisees and Field teams to develop a local community engagement playbook
- Identify opportunities across the Catering menu, considering adjustments to product, pricing and packaging
- Work with Supply Chain and Packaging teams to identify packaging opportunities and develop best-in-class packaging solutions
- Collaborate with Consumer Insights and franchisees to gain a deep understanding of the Catering decision makers and guests
- Track and interpret performance metrics to make recommendations based on results, providing updates to leadership on an ongoing basis
- Own and manage relationship with third party Catering aggregator to ensure efficient management of initiatives to drive sales in platform
- Work with Field Operations to identify catering opportunities
- Manage overall Communications strategy for the Catering program with both internal audiences and with Popeyes Franchisees
- Build test and learn agenda to drive increased sales through Catering
- Ensure a best-in-class guest experience for catering orders, looking to improve average star rating, on time deliveries, and cancellation rates
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing, field execution, or related areas, preferably across innovation and/or project management. QSR/Foodservice/CPG a plus
- Effective communicator, both written, verbal and through presentations. Articulates concepts in a clear, structured and succinct manner, adjusted for the audience
- Results-driven with a bias for action and commitment to excellence. Acts with a sense of urgency
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally and with external partners
- Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive decisions and optimize performance
