The Store Manager has the overall responsibility for:
- Ensuring that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s)
- Ensuring that employees are clean and neat in appearance
- Personally demonstrating that customer needs are the highest priority
- Ensuring food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders
- Resolving customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations
- Complete daily paperwork to reconcile sales
- Training new employees in all aspects of the operation
- Scheduling employees
- Ordering food products for the store
Additional Info:
Store Managers must have basic knowledge of Excel data entry and an understanding of web browsers to complete hiring and training duties.
Must have a valid ServSafe certificate and at least 6 months of managerial experience in a fast food concept.
Annually salary $50k - $60k.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
