- Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and addressing any inquiries they may have.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Perform inventory checks and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation or working in a quick-service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts, cash handling, and operating POS systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
