- Utilize retail math skills to manage sales and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the café area, including dining spaces and food preparation zones.
- Assist with bussing tables and ensuring a tidy environment for customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong math skills for handling transactions and managing sales effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers and coworkers.
- Experience in upselling or sales techniques is a plus.
