What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Cook position at Popeyes?

Production Cooks are responsible for preparation and cooking of quality food items in accordance with recipe brand standards.

Must be able to multitask in a fast pace environment.

Opening and closing duties inclusive of ensuring a clean work area.

Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.

Properly be able to lift 50 lbs.

Work with other team members to meet and exceed guest needs in a timely manner.

Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to all state and federal food safety regulations.

Filter fryers and maintain work equipment.

Notify supervisor of equipment maintenance issues requiring repair and servicing.

Manage basic inventory counting of food and paper items associated with work area.
