Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms to increase brand awareness and drive engagement. Applicants should include work samples of copywriting and social media campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for content creation for Popilush social media accounts on platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Quora, Pinterest, etc., ensuring content quality and update frequency, and aligning with brand tone and image.
- Manage daily operations and follower engagement on Popilush social platforms, responding promptly to user comments and private messages, ensuring active fan communities, and driving conversion.
- Create content based on U.S. holidays, promotions, and social media trending topics to enhance the appeal and interactivity of social media.
- Collaborate on creative planning and writing for brand marketing and new product launches, combining brand communication and product highlights with social media attributes, while ensuring creative quality.
- Prepare data reports and reviews, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on social media performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Regularly analyze and report on competitor social media accounts and provide improvement ideas for our accounts.
- Produce approximately 10 high-quality creative videos each month.
- Conduct phone calls with customers each month to understand market conditions and customer opinions.
- Assist in scheduling fitting sessions for sample garments with local customers.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in brand social media content creation and engagement, for accounts with over 150,000 followers.
- Capable of understanding user content preferences and proficient in multimedia output, including copywriting, social media poster creation, graphic design, and basic video editing.
- Deep understanding of U.S. fashion trends, popular elements, and cultural circles.
- Familiar with social media jargon and abbreviations, possessing visual aesthetics, creative thinking, and the ability to learn quickly and proactively.
- Excellent data analysis skills, capable of using various tools to analyze data and develop optimized operational strategies, and able to communicate and coordinate resources to drive project implementation.
- Able to independently plan and execute campaigns.
