Back of House Team Member
Job Description :
Works together with the kitchen team members in order to produce the highest quality food in the fastest amount of time. This Team Member helps reach the restaurant’s vision.
Restaurant Vision :
To glorify God by being a faithful steward to all that He has entrusted us at Chick-fil-A Poplar.
To have a positive influence on all who come into contact with Chick-fil-A Poplar.
Primary Responsibilities :
Prepare each food item following exact Chick-fil-A recipes
Ensures quality and freshness
Practices food safety
Ensure each order gets complete under 1 minute
Keeps restaurant clean throughout shift
No trash on the floor
No crumbs on the counters
Trash cans not overflowing
Practices cost efficiency for food and paper items
Able to work at least 3 Saturday’s each month
Candididate must be at least 16 years of age
