Customer Experience Manager
Pay: $50,000-$60,000
Job Type: Full-time 40 hours/week
Shifts: Days with some nights and weekends required

Minimum Qualifications: 3-5 years experience in the customer service field with increasing supervisory responsibilities AND one of the following:
- Bachelors degree OR
- 2 years library experience
Skills of Highly Qualified Candidates:
- Has experience designing/developing comprehensive staff training programs
- Enthusiastic about the mission of public libraries and making a difference in our community.
- Has deep knowledge of current change management practices and is passionate about coaching and inspiring staff
- Experience analyzing customer needs and customer service standards resulting in recommendations that enhance and improve library services and the overall customer experience

This person will have deep knowledge of best practices for coaching and inspiring staff and creating a customer experience where everyone sees themselves reflected and respected. Highly qualified candidates will have an understanding of how spaces impact services and are not afraid to champion new approaches to serving customers in our buildings. This person is passionate about community-centered library services and understands above all else that learning and libraries should be fun.
