The Physical Therapist assesses and treats patients with physical impairments or disabilities through personalized therapy plans and exercises. They help patients improve their mobility, strength, and overall function, while also educating them on injury prevention and self-care strategies.
The Physical Therapist must have :
Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy college or university
Valid license and registration for the state of Virginia
Experience with long-term care and / or geriatric care preferred
