Popli Design Group (PDG), a multi-disciplined Architecture / Engineering firm, is seeking to add an Assistant Team Leader Trainee position to the team. With successful completion of the Trainee program, the candidate will have gained experience and knowledge to pursue a full-time career as an Assistant Team Leader in the Bridge and Sign Structure Inspection field.
This program is supported by NY State Department of Transportation with the purpose of providing viable career opportunities for minorities and women for employment in the engineering consultant industry. All encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities :
- Assist team members in the completion of structural inspections throughout the region.
- Will work under the guidance and supervision of an experience Team Leader
- This position is a hybrid of field and office time to be made up of instructional and / or self-study, field exercises, hands-on and one-one training.

It is expected that the Trainee will complete their training in 20 months throughout the duration of the project / contract.
