Job Type Full-timeDescriptionPopli Design Group (PDG), a growing multi-disciplined Architecture / Engineering firm is seeking a Marketing Specialist who is a hard-working, self-motivated team player with excellent writing skills, keen attention to detail, and a high level of organization. Working within our existing brand, the Marketing Specialist will assist with the coordination and production of proposals and marketing collateral, including writing, editing / proofreading, and layout.Responsibilities : Coordinate the preparation of proposals, including engaging internal and external team members to obtain information to develop proposal content.Layout of digital and printed packages, including qualifications, proposals, presentations, and award submissions.Assist with writing, editing, and proofreading.Maintenance of marketing collateral, including project descriptions, staff resumes, and digital images / photography.Required Skills : Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize, self-schedule, and be detail and deadline oriented.Proficient in Adobe InDesign and MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Experience, Education and Certification : BS in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related combination of education and experience.3-5 years in the consulting industry preferred but not required.Work Environment : Interact with PDG personnel both within the department and outside.Professional office environment.Physical Demands : The job requires prolonged periods of sitting / standing at a computer.
