Duties
- Assist chiropractors during patient assessments and treatments, ensuring a smooth workflow in the clinic.
- Prepare treatment rooms by cleaning and organizing equipment, and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
- Conduct initial patient assessments, including gathering medical history and vital signs.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and wellness strategies to promote their recovery and overall health.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical terminology standards.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to optimize clinic efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Experience
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology is essential for understanding treatment protocols and assisting patients effectively.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or chiropractic setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with medical terminology will enhance communication with healthcare professionals and improve patient interactions.
