Position Description
We are a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our team. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of all restaurant staff during their assigned shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the activities of all restaurant staff during their assigned shift
- Ensure that all employees are providing excellent customer service and adhering to company standards
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure that all food and drinks are prepared to company specifications and standards
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a restaurant environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
- Leadership skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work rotating weekends
