Currently in beta in Paris , we're gearing up for a big app store launch in Q1, and we need your growth skills to make it a success!
As we grow, we’re looking for a Product Growth Manager to improve the user experience across the entire growth funnel from onboarding to retentioncreating seamless, habit-forming experiences that drive user activation, engagement, and loyalty.
About the Role
As a Product Growth Manager, you’ll join our Product team to bridge the worlds of Growth, distribution and Product ensuring every user touchpoint is optimized to drive activation and retention. You’ll design experiments, iterate on user flows, and craft experiences that are not only intuitive and delightful but also drive measurable growth outcomes .
This is a hands-on role where you’ll :
- Combine data-driven insights with strong product instincts to identify user pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Own key parts of the user journey : from onboarding , to feature adoption, to retention funnels .
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to run growth experiments and A / B tests that improve activation and engagement.
You’ll focus on :
Activation : Design user flows that help new users quickly experience their aha! moment.Engagement & Retention : Create an engaging and frictionless user experience that encourages repeat usage.Experimentation : Use design to run experiments, iterate fast, and optimize key growth metrics.What You’ll Do
Create and optimize user growth actions : Map and design the end-to-end user journey, focusing on onboarding, activation, retention, and feature adoption.Refine the user journey for growth : Identify friction points, simplify flows, and create intuitive, habit-forming experiences.Run experiments : Collaborate with growth and product teams to design A / B tests, implement variations, and iterate based on results.Solve user pain points : Use data, research, and user feedback to uncover barriers and design solutions that improve engagement and retention.Proactively seek and validate insights through research : Develop a structured process to collect both quantitative and qualitative data to define hypotheses and run experiments (e.g., run A / B tests, build dashboards). Translate these findings into actionable improvements that enhance the product roadmap and user experience.Analyze data to inform decisions : Work with data teams to monitor funnel performance, understand user behavior, and translate insights into design improvements.Drive lifecycle adoption campaigns : Collaborate on messaging (email, push notifications) to guide users through the product experience seamlessly.What We’re Looking For
Growth mindset : Experience designing experiments, A / B tests, and optimizing user flows for activation and retention.Data-driven design : Ability to use metrics and user insights to inform design decisions. You’re comfortable with tools like Metabase, or Google Analytics.User journey expertise : You’re great at mapping and simplifying key parts of the user funnel : onboarding, adoption, retention.Experimentation driven : Eager to set-up and drive experiments (e.g., A / B tests, multivariate tests) to validate design hypotheses.Lifecycle strategy knowledge : Experience designing lifecycle touchpoints, including onboarding, empty states, feature nudges, and reactivation flows.Strong problem-solving abilities : You can balance creativity and functionality, bringing thoughtful solutions to user and business problems.Collaborative communicator : You thrive working with Product, Growth, and Data teams to create experiences that drive results. Big plus for having Tech knowledge and a good overall technical comprehension of our systems.Familiarity with growth tools : Experience integrating in-app nudges, tooltips, or messaging tools is a plus.Prototyping and interaction design : You’re skilled at building and testing prototypes to iterate quickly.Fluent in English , French is a plus.Big plus for UX / UI design skills : Being able to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and journeys that drive growth and engagement in Figma.Why Join Poppins?
