Med Spa Practice Manager & Front Desk Lead
We are a state-of-the-art med spa boutique in the heart of Cedarhurst, Long Island , dedicated to helping our clients navigate the aesthetics industry with expert care and personalized treatment plans. Our mission is to enhance confidence and beauty while delivering tangible, incomparable results.
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and self-motivated Practice Manager to oversee daily operations while also serving as our Front Desk Lead . This is a multifaceted role requiring strong leadership, exceptional customer service, and proficiency in med spa operations, marketing, and patient relations. Key Responsibilities :
Operations & Patient Experience
- Oversee daily practice operations, including opening / closing procedures, cleanliness, and supply management .
- Ensure a seamless patient journey from lead generation to booking, treatment, follow-up, and retention .
- Manage patient calls, scheduling, and consultations , educating clients on treatments.
- Greet patients with VIP hospitality , anticipating their needs and ensuring a five-star experience.
- Monitor customer satisfaction via email, EMR, and social media, handling any concerns proactively.
- Oversee our EMR (Mangomint) and payment systems , including running reports and revenue analysis.
- Manage inventory, vendor relations, and reconciliation of supplies .
