✅ Conduct initial assessments & gather comprehensive intake info from students & families 👩👧👦
✅ Complete & maintain intake documentation in line with state regulations & policies 📋
✅ Collaborate with school staff & clinical teams to ensure smooth transitions 🏫🤝
✅ Assist students & families in understanding the intake process & addressing concerns 💬❓
✅ Utilize telehealth platforms for flexible intake sessions 💻📞
✅ Maintain confidentiality & ethical standards in all interactions 🔒✨
✅ Provide mentorship & supervision to licensed interns, fostering their professional development 🌱🎓
✅ Participate in ongoing training & professional development to stay current in school-based mental health 📚📖
🎓 Qualifications:
✔️ Active Ohio License (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW) OR currently enrolled intern in a counseling/social work program 🏅
✔️ Experience in school-based or clinical settings, especially in intake or assessments 🏫🩺
✔️ Strong organizational skills & attention to detail 🗂️🔎
✔️ Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, especially with children & families 🗣️💞
✔️ Ability to work independently & collaboratively within a school environment 🤝
✔️ Familiarity with EHR systems & telehealth technology is a plus! 💻📊
