About the Role
Poppy’s Therapeutic Corner is seeking a Licensed Independent Social Worker - Supervisor (LISW-S) to provide weekly supervision for our team of clinicians. In this role, you will offer guidance, clinical oversight, and professional development to ensure high-quality, ethical, and effective care for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly supervision meetings for clinicians
- Provide clinical guidance, support, and mentorship
- Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and best practices
- Offer insights and feedback to enhance clinical skills
What We’re Looking For
Active LISW-S license in Ohio
Experience in clinical supervision and mentorship
Strong understanding of therapeutic best practices and regulations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
