Job Overview:
As a Budtender at POPS you will be the face of our business, guiding customers through their cannabis journey. Your role is pivotal in creating an exceptional shopping experience by offering personalized service, expert knowledge, and a friendly attitude. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about cannabis, dedicated to outstanding customer service, and eager to be part of a supportive, family-oriented team.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting the right products based on their needs and preferences. Always remaining kind and patient.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our range of products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories. Educate customers on the benefits and effects of different cannabis products.
Sales Transactions: Efficiently handle sales transactions using our POS system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.
Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the dispensary is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. This includes restocking shelves, cleaning displays, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
Compliance and Security: Adhere to all state and local cannabis regulations. Maintain security protocols to ensure the safety of customers and staff.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to create a positive and productive work environment. Assist with inventory management and other duties as needed.
Customer Relationships: Build lasting relationships with our customers by offering a personalized touch and remembering their preferences and needs.
Reliability: Must be ONTIME and RELIABLE at 95% at all times, as this family owned store that has few employees and any employee who is not reliable will be relieved of their position quickly, as missed shifts effect all employees and business greatly!
