You are someone who lives and breathes art and fashion. Career-wise, you may be just starting out but you have an eye on your future. You might want your own agency one day and are focused on building your success stories right now, or maybe you want to run marketing for a fashion or beauty brand and need some lifestyle experience. You're in Jacksonvile (or are moving there) but your personal aesthetic is more LA, NYC and Paris. The brand you want to build is colorful, cool and maximalist, and by now, in this conversation, you already have some ideas percolating in that hyper-creative brain of yours.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement on Instagram/Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy and improve overall effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
- Conduct SEO research to enhance visibility and reach of social media posts.
- Utilize graphic design skills to create visually appealing content using Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut and any other design platform on the cutting edge of tech.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong trendspotting and cool hunting skills
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and public relations strategies.
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools to measure success and inform strategy adjustments.
- Prior work or education experience in art, fashion, lifestyle or beauty social media
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for staying current with social media trends and emerging platforms.
