Common tasks include but are not limited to:
- Dust vertical and horizontal surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect vertical and horizontal surfaces, including fixtures in restrooms, offices, break rooms, and kitchenettes.
- Replenish supplies. i.e., toilet paper/paper towels in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchens.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and hand scrub floors using brooms, mops, and vacuum cleaners.
- Operate mechanical cleaning equipment, Drive and walk-behind scrubbers and vacuum cleaners (Backpack, upright, canister vacuums).
- Remove garbage, including emptying and relining trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas.
- Detail-oriented – pays attention to details at each customer’s location, with extra attention to any special requests.
- Friendly and Professional – able to deal with customers when they are on-site while cleaning is being performed.
- Team player – the ability to work within a team where members depend on each other to get work done.
- Self-starter - able to identify work that needs to be done and do it without being instructed to do so.
