What Your Day Could Consist Of :
- Actively participate in selected marketing and business development initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive fee proposals, including detailed work plans to define scope, staffing, and schedules; support contract negotiations as needed.
- Identify and define staffing requirements for projects as directed.
- Oversee project budgets, work plans, consultant coordination, and schedules, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and tracking fees and costs for compliance.
- Assist in the preparation, execution, and management of consultant subcontracts.
- Establish and maintain strong, collaborative, and respectful working relationships with clients, ownership teams, and their representatives.
- Foster a cooperative professional relationship with the Project Leadership Team, including the Project Designer, Project Architect, and Principal-in-Charge.
- Provide leadership through coaching and mentoring, supporting the professional development of staff.
- Manage the day-to-day activities and deliverables of assigned projects.
- Promote ongoing team communication through organized meetings, meeting minutes, and timely project updates shared with internal teams and external consultants.
- Ensure all project documentation adheres to company standards, policies, and quality requirements.
- Contribute to design development and project deliverables as needed, supporting overall project goals at the direction of the Principal-in-Charge.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with contractors, advocating for the interests of the design team throughout the project lifecycle.
