Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with growth targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to optimize positioning and identify opportunities.
- Set, monitor, and adjust sales KPIs and performance metrics.
๐น Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales professionals toward excellence.
- Cultivate a collaborative, goal-oriented team culture.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training for new team members.

Qualifications:
