We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This full-time position involves prospecting, selling digital advertising and direct mail services to small businesses across the U.S. You will work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment where success is measured by your ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will engage with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual presentations to understand their business needs and provide tailored advertising solutions. Comprehensive sales and product training is provided to help you succeed.

What You Will Do As A Inside Sales Representative, Welcome Wagon
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.
- Process marketing leads from various campaigns and sustainable sources, maintaining a structured pipeline to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quotas.
- Understand customer needs, research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest in our services.
- Conduct persuasive sales presentations and online demos via Zoom and other video conferencing platforms.
- Work closely with other Inside Sales Representatives in a supportive and high-energy office environment.
- Monitor, record, and report sales performance and key metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Maintain and expand a database of prospects within your assigned geographic area.
- Collaborate with partners to develop sales strategies, build a strong pipeline, and close deals.
- 2 years Sales experience
- College degree preferred but not required
- Must have a pleasant and engaging phone voice, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Grit, perseverance, self-motivation, and a results-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, email, video conferencing, MS Office, and Google Suite.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple sales activities, and meet deadlines.
- Quick thinker with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Comfortable making consecutive sales calls throughout the day.
- A self-starter with a willingness to learn and refine sales techniques.

- Please know your actual pay at Porch will reflect a number of factors among which are your work experience and skillsets, job-related knowledge, alignment with market and our Porch employees, as well as your geographic location.
